How To Attach File or Send File In G-mail?
1. Log in to your G-mail account
2. Next, click compose at the top left on your computer.
3. Then this box will come out where it has writing 'new message' in it. In here there's writing 'to' where it means you need to put the person's email you want to send it to, and there's also writing 'subject' where it means that what is the name of the file you want to send to the person like 'Science Homework' or 'English Homework'.
4. Next we have a send icon which means u can send your email to someone. We also have the icon 'A' with underline below it where it means formatting options where u can change the font of the writing. Beside it there's an icon of a 'Paperclip' which means attach file, it is where you can find your file that you want to send. Beside it there's an icon with oval shape that have line in the middle of it where it means 'insert link'. Beside it there's an emoji face where it means you can send emoji s to the person you want to send it too. Beside it there's an icon that is shape like a triangle that means you can send file using 'Google Drive'. Beside it there's an image icon which means you can send pictures to the person you want to send it too.
5. After you know all the use, you can write the e-mail of the person you want to send it too and also put the subject so the person who will received it will know what you send to him/her.
6. Then, click the 'Paperclip' icon and and the computer files will open up and you can search for your file there and click it and your file will be transferred to the box of the 'New Message' and there will be the loading sign so, you just need to wait.
7. Lastly, click send and your done. You have send it to the person. But we need to be careful to write the email of a person because if it will be wrong it will not be received by the person you want to send it to.
8. You just need to wait until it says 'Message sent' and your done DONE.
